The item which is for exchange/return must be in excellent condition that shows no signs of wear and that is returned in the original packaging.
( Please try on the product on a soft surface to avoid any scratches on the bottom of the leather sole. Use a shoehorn or a spoon to avoid damages to the heel of the shoe.)
Any signs of use such as scratches on the sole, bending of the outer leather, and other signs that indicate the shoe has been worn then returns/exchanges of the product are automatically voided.

Exchanges are free of charge for domestic online shopping.
If the product does not meet your expectations then within 14 days upon the time of delivery the product can be refunded without any explanations. (The date is counted from the date the product is delivered and accepted.)
Please contact us within the 14 days by email to inform us about the return before the expiry to qualify for the 14 day return period.
To qualify for returns/exchanges:
Customers do not pay for the first return/exchange of shoes above PLN 500.00
(The customer should contact the store in advance prior to all exchange/returns.)
The next shipment or return is paid by the customer according to the price list on Klasycznebuty.pl website.
The products need to have a completed exchange/return form (found on the back of the invoice) with the purchase invoice attached and sent to the address provided: Klasycznebuty.pl, ul. Partyzantów, 33, 80-254 Gdańsk.

3. Complete the form and make sure that you confirm the completed form.
4. Once the form is approved, you will receive an email with the completed order.
5. The link will allow you to set the courier's pick up time/date.
6. You should print the waybill and the e-mail and secure it with the package before pickup.
All products listed are original and new. The footwear may show signs of trying on.
Bespoke shoes are not exchangeable or refundable.

Consumers have a right to cancel an online purchase.
You can cancel a purchase by submitting a statement of cancellations directly via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The item being returned must be shipped back immediately to the address within 14 days from the day which you requested to cancel the purchase: Klasyczne Buty ul. Partyzantów 33, 80-254 Gdańsk, Poland.
You can make a cancellation within 14 days.
The fourteen-day cancellation period starts after a purchase is issued to the consumer or a third-party pickup that is designated by the consumer.
To qualify before the fourteen-day deadline an email must be sent to confirm that the order is being cancelled and will be sent back to the store.
Payments made by the consumer, including the costs of delivery on the terms set out in the regulations, will be refunded to the consumer immediately. No later than the 14-day cancellation period.
We have a right to withhold the reimbursement of the payment until the item returns back to the store or the consumer provides proof of return.

Within that, the product of the service provided is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or to satisfy his individual needs.
Within that, the product of the service provided is an item which deteriorates quickly or that has a short shelf life.
Within that, the product of the service provided is an item delivered in a sealed safety package, that upon opening the package the contents of the package cannot be returned either due to health or hygiene reasons and only if the package was opened after delivery.
Within that, the product of the service provided is sound or visual recordings or computer applications that are delivered in a sealed package. And if the package was opened after delivery for the supply of digital content that is not saved on an acceptable medium.
And if the service started out with the consumer taking action before the deadline to process a proper cancellation and solely after being informed by the entrepreneur that the loss of the consumers right to cancel/return or refund the product is null.
