Withdrawal from the Agreement
If you are a privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the agreement concluded with us is directly related to your economic activity but does not have a professional characte
- you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the agreement, e.g., by sending an email to: sklep@klasycznebuty.pl.
You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the agreement begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In the case of an agreement that includes multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period starts from the possession of the last item, batch, or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.
Return the returned goods to us promptly at the address: Classic Shoes ul. Partyzantów 33, 80-254 Gdańsk, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.
We will refund the payments made by you immediately according to the rules indicated in the store's regulations, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
If we did not offer to pick up the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of returning them - whichever event occurs first.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance agreement does not apply to you, among other cases, in relation to an agreement:
- for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package if the packaging has been opened after delivery,

Complaints
PThe following information applies to a privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our store regulations for detailed information on complaints.
If we fail to properly fulfill the agreement concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably by email to: sklep@klasycznebuty.pl or by post to the address Classic Shoes ul. Partyzantów 33, 80-254 Gdańsk.
As a rule, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation, you can demand:
a) exchange of goods
or
b) repair of goods.
In some cases, you can also:
a) withdraw from the agreement
or
b) submit a statement of price reduction
