§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Account - the free function of the store (services) regulated in these regulations, thanks to which the consumer can set up an individual account.
Consumer - any persons purchasing in the Store.

Seller - Zbigniew Famuła, entrepreneur running business activity under the name Sportics Zbigniew Famuła, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the minister competent for economy and keeping the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 5861661406, REGON number 221122781, Jeżynowa 4 , Rogulewo, 84-207 Koleczkowo.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
For proper functions and creation of an account, you need:
An active email account
A device with internet access
§ 4 ONLINE ACCOUNT
Creating an online account is voluntary and is subject to the will of the consumer.
The account gives the consumer an additional option such as: viewing the history of orders placed by the consumer in the online store, the ability to check the status of the order or to edit the personal data provided.
To set up an online account, complete the online registration form on the online store.
At the time of creating the online account, an agreement is concluded for an indefinite period between the customer and the seller regarding the maintenance of the online account on the terms set out in the regulations.
The consumer may cancel the online account at any time without any fees.
In order to resign from the online account, please send a resignation to the seller to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, which will result in immediate deletion of the online account and termination of the contract.
§ 5 COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the operation of the online account should be directed to the email address: email@example.com.
The complaint will be realized by the seller within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATION CLAIMS
In the event that the complaint procedure does not bring the results expected by the consumer, the consumer may use, among others:
Mediation conducted by the appropriate Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which you should apply for mediation. As a rule, the procedure is free. The list of Inspectorates is available here:
Assistance of the competent field-based amicable consumer court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which an application should be submitted for consideration of a case before an arbitration court. § 6 PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of personal data that is provided by the consumer when using the online store is the seller.
§ 7 Reservations
It is forbidden for the consumer to provide illegal content.
The account maintenance agreement is concluded in Polish.
In the event of important reasons referred to in paragraph 4, the Seller has the right to amend the online account regulations.
Important reasons referred to in paragraph 3 are:
The need to adapt the online store for legal provisions applicable to the store's operations
To improve the security of the service provided
To change the functionality of the online account requiring modification of the online account terms and regulations.
The consumer will be notified of any changes of the online account regulations in at least 7 days before the change will be implemented. A notification email will be sent to the address assigned to the online account holder.
In the event that the consumer does not accept the changes to the account, then they should inform the seller and send an email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org, which then will result in termination of the online account as per the maintenance agreement at the time when the change occurred or earlier if the consumer makes such a request prior to the updates.
In a situation where the consumer does not object to the changes until it is implemented, assumptions are made that the changes are acceptable. Which does not constitute any obstacles to terminate the online contract in the future.
In the event of a dispute with a customer who is not a consumer, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the seller.
None of the provisions of these regulations exclude or in any way limits the consumer's rights under the law.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Newsletter - a service provided electronically free of charge, through which the customer may receive from the Service Provider electronically previously ordered messages regarding the store, including information about offers, promotions and updates.

Service Recipient - anyone using the Newsletter service.
§ 2 Newsletter
The Service Recipient may voluntarily use the newsletter service.
Emails sent as part of this service will be sent to the email address provided by the service user when subscribing to the newsletter terms and agreements.
The recipient, in order to conclude a contract and subscribe to the newsletter service:
First step is to provide a qualified email address to which they want to receive messages sent as part of the newsletter.
Then, an email sent to the email address provided, the Service Provider will request verification of the email address provided by the customer, in which there will be a link for the customer to confirm the subscription to the newsletter.
After confirmation of the subscription to the Newsletter is provided, a service contract is concluded and the Service Provider.
The messages sent as part of the newsletter will contain information to unsubscribe from any emails, as well as an official link to unsubscribe.
The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the newsletter, without giving any reason and no fees will be made, according to the details in paragraph 5 or by sending an email to the Service Provider: email@example.com
Using the link to unsubscribe from the newsletter or by sending an email to request unsubscription from the Newsletter will automatically result in immediate termination of the contract for the provision of this service.
§ 3 Complaints
Any complaints about the newsletter should be reported to the Service Provider by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The service provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the email.
§ 4 Personal data
The administrator of personal data provided by the client when using the newsletter is the Service Provider.
§ 5 Final Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these regulations only for important reasons. An important reason is the need to change the regulations caused by the modernization of the newsletter service or a change in the law, affecting the terms of the service by the Service Provider.
Information about the planned amendment to the regulations will be sent to the Service Recipient's email address provided at the time of subscribing to the Newsletter at least 7 days before the changes are introduced.
If the customer does not object to the changes until they are implemented, it’s acknowledged that they accept the terms.
In the absence of acceptance for planned changes, the Service Recipient should send information directly to the Service Provider's email address: email@example.com Which will result in termination of the service contract.
The customer is prohibited to provide any illegal content.
