What is Goodyear Welted construction?

It is a traditional method of shoemaking in which the upper is attached to the sole using a welt. This construction allows the shoes to be resoled multiple times, significantly extending their lifespan.

Can I return my shoes if the size is incorrect?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returned shoes must be unworn and show no signs of use. Simply complete the return form included with your parcel and send the package back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while new orders qualify for free delivery on purchases over PLN 500.
 
Do all shoe models fit the same?

No. The fit depends on the last (the shape around which the shoe is made). For example, Oxfords built on an F-width last will generally fit slightly narrower than Derbies made on a G-width last, even in the same size. Before purchasing, we recommend checking the insole length chart in the "Size Guide" section of the product page or contacting one of our footwear specialists (+48 790 507 208).
What should I do if my shoes feel slightly too tight?

• Insert wooden shoe trees wrapped in a slightly damp cotton cloth and leave them in the shoes for 24–48 hours. This will gently stretch the leather.
• Wear the shoes with thick cotton socks and walk around the house. The warmth of your feet will help soften and adapt the leather.
• Use a Famaco stretching foam or bring your shoes to us for professional stretching. If the fit is still uncomfortable, you may return them within 14 days in accordance with our return policy.
